This opportunity will be based at their London office (a 2-minute walk from Kings Cross Station), with the opportunity to work from home. Due to a surge in workload for this particular office, they are eager to bring some enthusiastic, hardworking Architects of various levels on board.

The successful Architect will join their close-knit team in London, collaborating with seven other employees on a range of projects in the Science, Education and Healthcare sectors.

Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary, ranging between £35,000 to £45,000
- 22 days, plus bank holidays (increasing on seniority) with the opportunity to buy more

Position Overview
- The use of Revit of a daily basis
- Working as part of their fast paced team
- Ability to produce high-quality drawings and designs for a variety of health science and education projects
- Working across all RIBA stages
- Working on a variety of Health Science projects, including both new builds and refurbishments

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience post Part 3
- ARB/RIBA Registered
- Hard working & motivated individual
- A background working on either Science or Education projects is preferred
- Proficiency with Revit
- To not have solely residential experience
- Carrying out site visits
- Live in a commutable distance of Kings Cross Station
- Proven Design skills, creativity and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
