Day-to-day of the role:
- Implement and deliver a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated English curriculum.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a Teacher/Tutor.
- Encourage a learning experience that enables students to accelerate their learning.
- Contribute to raising standards of student attainment across the school.
- Support the school's mission to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in English or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
- Experience of working in a school setting is essential.
- A love for teaching English and a commitment to inspiring students.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
