What we're looking for in our baristas:
- Positive attitude towards helping guests and colleagues.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be comfortable speaking to a variety of patrons daily.
- Ability to work in a team and in fast paced environments.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is desired, but not essential! We are looking for both junior bartenders, senior bartenders, cocktail bartenders, and bar staff.
