£30,000 - 38,000 basic salary / monthly commission (expected OTE up to £70,000), 25 days annual leave + birthday off, healthcare cash back scheme, pension scheme, 1 day per week WFH.
Harrison Sands are hiring for two Senior Recruitment Consultants for a boutique commercial/ office support agency one covering permanent placement and the other managing a temps desk. Both are warm desks with existing PSL clients and the temps desk will have £3,000 worth of weekly GP to pass over.
Both roles take a 360 focus, so we do require experience of working in a full cycle recruitment role involving business development as well as existing client management and candidate sourcing and require applicants to have supplied into the commercial/ office services market or a similar sector (e.g. contact centre, customer service, transactional finance etc).
Our client are a growing agency, so do offer a progression path into leadership as well as APSCO training and development. They also have access to all major UK job boards, an established marketing and payroll support division to ensure you are sucessful and supported in achieving your goals.
These roles will suit Recruitment Consultants with 2 years + experience looking for a non-corporate environment offering a chance to develop their career long-term into management.
