Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of complex invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with external suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure smooth communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Resolve issues between suppliers, end client and the organisation

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in complex reconciliations ideally in a finance function
  • Strong reconciliation skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Willingness to learn and pick up Purchasing and Supplier relationships
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • High level proficiency in IT especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
