Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage customer appointments, ensuring an informed and seamless journey for our clients.
  • Efficiently plan sales appointment routes and support Directors in maintaining office policies.
  • Organise and optimize office operations, including supplies procurement and layout management.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data management, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Oversee and develop office staff, fostering an environment where everyone can contribute ideas and improve processes.
  • Take charge of planning applications for tree works (don't worry, they'll provide training!).
  • Play a key role in company events, from planning to execution.
  • Continuously improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or as an executive assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a talent for problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for organisation and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of accounting and data management practices.
