We are working with an impressive and reputable business in Liverpool to recruit a Client Support Manager for 12 months.

Description

As Client Support Manager, you will be leading a team which provides administrative support to the financial planning team to ensure a smooth, excellent service to clients is delivered. Your duties will be:

  • Overseeing the client support team through coaching, developing, training, planning and coordinating tasks, holding 121s and appraisals
  • Keeping up to date and ensuring all roles are aware of changes to process at all times
  • Working with external providers to maintain accurate agency records
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement requirements
  • Managing the receipt of adviser charges/commissions to to ensure correct and timely client charging
  • Ensuring tasks carried out by the team are done timely and accurately eg. Letters of authority, Plan information from providers, inputting information on to system, gathering and updating agency agreements with providers as well as online access for platforms and providers

Profile

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Similar level experience in the financial services industry
  • CII qualification are desirable (or similar)
  • Managerial experience and skills is essential with the ability to manage the team to deliver an excellent service
  • Understanding of financial products and services that are offered
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Strong Excel - look ups, pivots and basic formula
  • Willingness to learn and embrace change
