About the Role
Be part of a dedicated team committed to achieving exceptional productivity and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering training to maintain the highest levels of brand education and technical knowledge.
- Planning and developing training programs for both existing and new products.
- Supporting internal teams' training programs, ensuring all team members are fully competent in handling complex mechanical situations.
- Monitoring and assisting with web-based training, tracking student progress, and maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders to support learning and resolve issues.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Automotive and Power Product industry or a technically related field. You should be passionate about planning and delivering effective training programs, monitoring their success, and implementing new processes to enhance the knowledge of all key personnel.
