Are you a Contracts Manager from a Groundworks background, looking for a dynamic role within a well-established, independent company, offering remote working and the autonomy to manage your own projects nationwide?
This independently owned company conduct ground investigations across a number of sectors, including Transport, Energy, Utilities and Construction. They operate nationwide, and due to continued growth are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team.
In this varied role you will have the scope to work remotely, managing your own Ground Investigation projects from concept to completion. Your day to day will range from resourcing, liaising with clients and subcontractors, conducting site visits, and ensuring projects are carried out effectively with regards to financials, health and safety and timeframes.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in Groundworks, looking to join a growing company where they you will have full autonomy to manage your own diary.
The Role:
- Remote work - with some travel nationwide
- Manage your own Ground Investigation projects from conception through to completion.
- Conduct site visits and ensure projects carried out on time and within budget
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors.
The Person:
- Contracts Manager or similar.
- Groundworks background
- Looking for a remote role - happy to conduct site visits nationwide.
