Our client, a renowned music management company based in London, England, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join their wonderful team! �?�?

?? Start Date: Mid-October

? Hours: Part-time, 9am-1pm (flexible)

? Duration: 6 Months +

?? Hourly Pay Rate: £20-£22

�? Role Overview:

As the PT Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your impeccable organisational skills will be put to use in managing various administrative tasks, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding results.

  • Please note that experience in a similar office management / coordinator position is required.

�? Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages, including managing requests and forwarding emails related department. ??
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and supplies in the office, including stocking handwash, toilet paper, and other essentials. Cleaning duties will involve dishwashing, laundry, microwave and oven cleaning, and arranging sanitary unit services. ??
  • Managing utilities by providing monthly metre readings and changing air philtres when needed. ??
  • Ensuring safety compliance by reviewing the fire safety plan, coordinating services, and obtaining necessary certifications. ??
  • Maintaining office plants, coordinating with plant services, and managing payment. �?
  • Assisting with digital tasks, such as updating social media platforms, website maintenance, and managing incoming emails. ??
  • Overseeing general maintenance tasks by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely repairs. ???
  • Managing meeting rooms and audio-visual equipment, including booking rooms for external desk renters, and ensuring equipment functionality. ???
  • Handling postage, including stock management and recycling. ??
  • Tracking and organising receipts, expenses, and banking statements. ??
  • Assisting with HR-related matters and seeking external help when required. ??
  • Collaborating with catering and kitchen maintenance, ensuring stocked supplies, and coordinating team meetings or external lunches. �??
  • Assisting with holiday and OOO tracking, updating shared calendars, and managing employee schedules. �??
  • Coordinating photocopier services, monitoring ink levels, and maintaining paper supply. ???
  • Managing expenses and couriers, ensuring accurate coding and timely delivery. ??

? Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a similar office management / coordinator position
  • Hardworking, proactive, and capable of using initiative.
  • Friendly, welcoming, and highly organised.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
