On behalf of my client, a leading global law firm, I am are seeking a highly motivated Senior Banking Associate to join their dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Working on a variety of finance transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.

Candidate Profile
My Client is seeking candidates with between two and seven years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general banking law, either under Scots or English law. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong experience in corporate banking, gained within a private practice setting.
- A solid understanding of current trends and developments in finance law.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple transactions.
