Description
- Administering payroll functions and ensuring accuracy in computations.
- Processing payments and deductions including benefits, taxes, and pensions.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries about wages, deductions, or attendance.
- Generating reports detailing payroll account activity.
- Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Company credit card administration
- Processing purchase invoices
- Provide holiday cover for the finance team
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
- Contributing to the team's goal by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payroll should have:
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience within a Accounts/Payroll position
- Strong understanding of HMRC rules and regulations.
- Exceptional knowledge of payroll software and MS Office.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
