Description

  • Administering payroll functions and ensuring accuracy in computations.
  • Processing payments and deductions including benefits, taxes, and pensions.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries about wages, deductions, or attendance.
  • Generating reports detailing payroll account activity.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Company credit card administration
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Provide holiday cover for the finance team
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Contributing to the team's goal by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payroll should have:

  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a Accounts/Payroll position
  • Strong understanding of HMRC rules and regulations.
  • Exceptional knowledge of payroll software and MS Office.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
