Description
The Property Locum based in central Leeds will:
- Handle a variety of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Take instructions, draft and review contracts/Heads of Terms, negotiate leases, conduct searches, enquiries, report on title, deal with mortgage offers, exchanges and completions.
- Provide high-quality legal advice, ensuring all cases meet the firm's exceptional standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service.
- Manage your workload independently, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Utilise case management systems and IT tools efficiently to support your work.
Profile
The Property Locum should have:
- 5 years' PQE in both residential and commercial property.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience handling property matters from start to finish.
- Ability to work autonomously with occasional administrative support.
- Confidence in delivering excellent client care and attention to detail.
- Competency in case management systems and other IT tools.
