SEMH Teaching Assistant - Barnet - Full-Time - £95-115pd
Vision Teaching are currently working with a Barnet based mainstream primary school are looking for a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 4 child who has additional needs. This will be a full-time position, with working hours being 08:15 until 15:30, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of this role, prior experience working with SEMH is essential.
SEMH Teaching Assistant
This role is with an OFSTED rated "Good" primary school in Barnet, who provide education to around 450 children aged between 3 and 11. The school are currently progressing towards obtaining an "Outstanding" rating in their next inspection.
The school do not offer on-site parking, however, they offer fantastic transport links, with stations being within a 10 minute walk of the school.
SEMH Teaching Assistant
This role will be working in a 1:1 capacity with a Year 4 pupil with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) needs. This SEMH Teaching Assistant role will begin ASAP and will likely continue until the end of the academic year. Within the classroom, there is a group of 27 children, and currently have a additional classroom SEN Teaching Assistant supporting the Class Teacher.
The school are not able to offer sponsorship for this, so the successful applicant will be required to be UK based, and have a valid enhanced DBS subscribed to the Update Service.
