Business Change Project Manager, permanent career opportunity for a Project Manager who can evidence 3-5 years of previous experience spent working within not-for-profit organisations, the public or charity sectors. Based in Wiltshire, this role is offered on a hybrid working model, 3 days office and 2 days home-based, complimented with a salary of £45,000 and a range of exceptional employee benefits.

This position seeks a candidate who can demonstrate working with Agile methodologies, ideally educated to Degree Level (or similar), perhaps a PRINCE2 Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master. Best suited to a candidate who has a robust understanding of programme management working on multiple projects within a fast-changing environment.

As Business Change Project Manager, your key objectives will include the leading and managing on existing project programmes, implementing new business solutions to meet the strategic needs of the organisation. You will create and maintain key project plans, communicating tasks, and project timelines, creating strategies for risk mitigation, planning and budgetary deliverables.

Responsible for producing complex reports and presenting them to the key business stakeholders during the lifecycle of each project, using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint). Working with internal and external suppliers and end-users, making project decisions, and acting as the initial point of contact for the delivery of all projects.

For this position we do seek expert knowledge of all project management principles, PMO methods and techniques including the relevant PM tools including highly effective communication.
