9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (some days you will finish at 5pm but you will be paid until 6pm) Over-time is paid at £14.00 per hour Salary £27,000 p.a.

Are you an experienced 3.5t Delivery Driver looking for a permanent role in the distribution and logistics sector? Look no further! A well-established and friendly company based in Barnet is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for between 1-5 deliveries a day including a daily drop/collection at Heathrow, no forklift required. You should be physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, this opportunity could be perfect for you! Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. With a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, this permanent position offers stability and they are looking for longevity and someone very local, if not living in Barnet.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes
  • No points on driving licence
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar delivery driver role
  • Ability to handle heavy parcels
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
  • Good English writing and communication skills are essential
  • Must have a strong work ethic with a solid work history - they will not consider candidates who move jobs every 1-2 years
  • Must live in Barnet, Potters Bar or Enfield areas, they will not consider candidates who are more than 6 miles from Barnet
