The key responsibilities for the Interim Production Manager are:
- Overseeing daily operations and activities within the production department, across assigned projects
- Implementing and enhancing operational procedures
- Supporting a team of production staff
- Ensuring the timely and quality delivery of products
- Monitoring and managing production budgets, costs, and spend.
- Liaising with clients to understand their print solution needs, implementing best processes.
- Support the Senior Production Manager, in keeping up to date and relevant on marketplace innovations.
Profile
A successful Interim Production Manager should have:
- 5+ year's experience in colour printing
- Ability to prioritise and handle large volume of projects.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A thorough understanding of production processes and techniques, large format, and textile printing
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Creates a positive working environment for team members, setting measurable goals.
