We represent a distinguished secondary school in Westminster, London, currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role begins in September and will extend through the entire academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in various classroom environments.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalized support plans.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Support the academic and personal development of SEN students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for helping students with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
