Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar with their 17th / 18th edition looking to work for one of the biggest steel processing companies in the UK who will provide in house training, progression to supervisory position, a range of company benefits including healthcare and overtime to boost earnings?
On offer is the opportunity to for a company who supply into a variety of industries and who have grown over the last few years and are looking to add to their maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of their equipment.
This role will revolve around both the proactive and reactive electrical maintenance of all the company's machinery, working as part of a team of two to keep the factory operational. There are three rotating shifts, one days, one nights and one twilight and you will receive additional unsociable pay for late shifts.
This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar with their 17th / 18th edition who wants to work as part of a team working on equipment for one of the UKs largest manufacturing companies who will provide training, progression, company benefits and overtime to boost earnings.
The Role
- Installation work on both factory and process machinery
- Fault find on 415v, 240v, 110v and 24vac and dc systems
- Follow CCT diagrams to aid fault finding
- PLC, establish necessary input/output (no program facility)
- Fault find on OHC's, Remote handsets, contactor function, fuses
- DC drives/inverters basic knowledge would be an advantage
