ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Probate Legal Executive, you will manage your own files and caseload, working closely with solicitors to advise clients on complex casework within the Court of Protection, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Probate department. This role offers a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. The salary is competitive, and you will also benefit from an excellent package including 28 days holiday, a pension scheme, flexible and hybrid working and health and wellbeing support.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience as a Probate Legal Executive or Paralegal, with a strong background in handling private client matters. Your expertise in estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney will be crucial. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload are essential.
