What you'll be doing:
- Provide 3rd line support to clients
- Networking - WAN/ LAN / VLAN and WiFi
- Point of escalation for the service desk
- Work within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with 3rd parties and clients
- Windows and Exchange Server support
- Hardware support, configuration, and management
- 1 in 6 on call rota
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
- Proficient with Office 365 and Windows Servers
- Virtualisation - VMWare / Hyper-V
- Networking, Veeam Backup & Recovery
- Hardware, software, and network support
- Worked in an MSP or fast-paced environment
