Salary: £45,000 Basic and OTE £90,000 uncapped Company vehicle Company pension
Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager (GSM/ General Sales Manager)
A fast paced and vibrant atmosphere needing a strong performer who is able to take responsibility for the branch.
You will need to have a breadth of experience across all fields of used car retailing.
Preference will be given to candidates with car supermarket, volume used car sales management experience.
This would suit an experienced Sales Manager ready for the next step in their career.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience of:
- Being able to interact with customers coming into the showroom and delivering the highest quality of customer service.
- A great manager and leader of people
- Responsible for the profitability of the business, hitting and exceeding monthly Team sales target.
- Management experience and acumen within a car supermarket would be ideal for this position.
- A driven individual with passion with the ability to deliver a great customer experience with excellent interpersonal skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A presentable and professional individual
