Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Business Development Manager

(BDM) with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the public sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling to schools and Multi-Academy

Trusts (MATs). This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain

relationships with potential partners, utilising HubSpot as a CRM tool.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients within the public sector, specifically targeting

schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing

the value of SupplyWell's edtech solutions.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the

education sector.

- Utilise HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate

client information.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales

strategies and product offerings.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business

opportunities.

- Travel as required to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on the public sector.
  • Experience selling to schools and Multi-Academy Trusts is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar tools to manage sales activities.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and workforce management tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new

business opportunities.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working

environment.

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Edtech industry or with workforce management tools.
  • Familiarity with ethical sales practices and a commitment to SupplyWell's mission

and values.
