Receptionist

Our client based in a central location is needing an experienced Receptionist to cover for a period of six weeks.

Job Description:

  • A first point of contact for the company, welcoming and greeting guests who visit the business.
  • Co-ordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
  • Customer service role, multi-tasking and stress managing are essential.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying etc.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist
  • Hand on experience with office equipment
  • Customer service attitude
