Job Title: HR Executive

A fantastic opportunity for a professional to join this role and carry out a range of essential HR activities.

You will need to be personable, highly confidential and an individual who can communicate on all levels.

You will ensure the human resources function in the business runs efficiently.

You must possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion and must know how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees.

Key Task will include the following:

  • Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database (BrightHR) with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
  • Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, employment contracts and any information for the onboarding process
  • Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including

scheduling of inductions.

  • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies

and procedures.

  • Producing informative reports using the HR platform.
  • Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of

information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, auditing training logs

  • Assisting other areas/colleagues as and when required

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Relevant degree/CIPD qualified (desirable)

HOURS OF WORK: 8.45 - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 45 min lunch

STARTING SALARY: Competitive (25-28k)

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots which equates to the total of 27 days plus bank holidays. An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
