We are delighted to be working with an independently owned Property business in North West London that is seeking a finance professional with a passion for property and a desire to learn the mechanics of a new business from the ground up. This is a key role as you will be responsible for the processing and execution of all transactions relating to origination through to completion in support of borrowers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and report on the movement of cash across the business and to external
- Assist with the preparation of borrower and investor materials
- Undertake daily reconciliations and support with month end accounting procedures as well as responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Review and report
- Provide additional support to the Head of Finance and Managing Director as directed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numeracy skills and the ability to identify errors at an early stage.
- A good working knowledge of Xero (or similar) and strong Excel, including Cash Flow forecasting and financial modelling.
- Capable of dealing with a high volume of workflow and prioritising accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills. An ability to build and foster relationships with our stakeholders.
- A strong project manager with experience driving operational efficiency and keeping initiatives on track with little oversight.
