We are seeking a Motor Account Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing renewals and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Experience with Acturis is advantageous but not essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and process motor insurance renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Work closely with underwriters and negotiate terms to secure competitive renewal terms for clients.
- Ensure all client information is up to date and accurately recorded in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
- Stay informed about market changes, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Handler, preferably within the motor insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and motor products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using insurance-related software; Acturis experience is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
