We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a dynamic start-up car body paint business founded by experienced directors in Kent/Swanley.

The Company is a start-up specialises in providing high-quality car body paint products, including thinners, lacquer, filler, hardeners, and other accessories. Catering to the ever-expanding automotive industry, which is worth millions globally.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping New Clients: Identify and target potential bodyshop clients to expand the customer base.
  • Upselling and Selling: Promote and sell the full range of car body paint products to both new and existing clients.
  • On the Road: Spend your day driving, collecting, and delivering products to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Manual Driving License: Essential for the role as you will be on the road frequently in the work van provided.
  • Sales Background: Proven experience in sales, preferably within a related industry.
  • Automotive Interest: An interest in mechanics or car parts is advantageous but not essential.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Independent Worker: Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
