IT/Systems and Cyber Security Manager
Crowborough
£30,000-40,000 per annum + annual profit/performance bonus.
Hours: 9-5pm, Monday - Friday. On site.

Our client, a leading organisation based in Crowborough, East Sussex, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as an IT/Systems and Cyber Security Manager. Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all IT and telephony systems, managing the infrastructure, servers, network hardware, cloud-based services, external connectivity, and cyber security services.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to our clients' company users.
- Lead the procurement and strategic planning for IT infrastructure.
- Administer telephony services.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, confident, and has excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive on challenges and be able to work both independently and as part of a team and used to supporting a busy team on a day to day technical basis and finding solutions! If you possess outstanding communication skills and consistently deliver high-quality work, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems for desktops and servers.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or similar Microsoft certification.
- Familiarity with network management solutions.
- Experience in helpdesk software and reporting.
- Proficiency in physical network technologies, including the management of switching, routing, and wireless networks.
- Understanding of Cyber Essentials.
