Are you a skilled and experienced Cover Supervisor with a background in behaviour management?
We are a leading agency seeking a qualified and passionate professional to join our team at a "GOOD" rated SEMH school in Blackpool. The school caters to KS2 and KS4 pupils with special educational needs including SEMH, autism, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, ensuring that pupils are supported to reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for managing pupils' behaviour, utilizing your expertise in positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
