Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving customers.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Operate tills, process transactions, and handle cash/credit card payments.
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure the store is clean and well-presented.
- Support colleagues in other departments as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all
Requirements:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not essential
