Are you who our client is looking for?
- Proven experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
- Strong facilitation skills for delivering engaging and effective courses
- Experience in coaching managers and developing leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders at all levels
- Coaching qualification and experience in delivering coaching sessions
- Insights accreditation or similar qualification
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experienced L&D professional; passionate about learning and growth for self, others, and the organisation
- Track record of delivering learning and development interventions (virtual and in person)
- Qualified coach and experienced team facilitator
- Experience of using psychometrics to help build awareness (with individuals and groups)
- Keeps abreast of developments in psychology, leadership, and digital learning
- Understanding and application of key people development frameworks and methodologies
What does the day to day look like?
- Designing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of the organisation
- Facilitating courses and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Coaching managers to develop their leadership and management capabilities
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and solutions
- Managing and coordinating training schedules and resources
- Supporting the implementation of learning and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their plans and challenges
- Delivering key elements of the learning and development strategy, including leading on a variety of different projects
- Delivering individual and team coaching
