Your Mission: Drive Success and Innovation
As a Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and technical mastery on our manufacturing line. You'll be the heart of a key business line—whether it's technical, systemic, or organizational—ensuring that it meets and exceeds business goals. Your leadership will be vital in developing and mentoring team members, creating a sustainable future for our technical processes, and ensuring that long-term success is built on a foundation of continuous improvement and innovation.
What You'll Do
In this exciting managerial role, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver on Mondelez International's key objectives around safety, quality, sustainability, and performance. Here's how you'll contribute to our success:
- Set Clear Goals:
Break down business targets into actionable goals for your team, ensuring they know their part in our success.
- Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets effectively, keeping a close eye on cost controls, compliance, and governance.
- Optimize Performance:
Drive loss elimination and maximize operational efficiency through workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, and developing future leaders.
- Build a Strong Team:
Lead with vision, identify high-potential team members, and ensure succession planning is in place for sustained success.
Without your leadership, we wouldn't be able to deliver the high-quality snacks that our customers love.
What You'll Bring to the Table
We're looking for someone who is ready to grow their career and lead with confidence. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in
Autonomous Maintenance
(AM) Step 4 systems and
Progressive Maintenance
(PM) Step 3 systems.
- Proven ability to maintain equipment independently, handling both
break-down maintenance
and
planned maintenance
according to AM & PM standards.
- Expertise in
Total Productive Maintenance
and
Six Sigma
, with qualifications in AM steps 5-6 and PM step 3.
- A strong track record of leading and motivating teams, especially in challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate and influence within a union environment.
- Clear, effective communication—both verbally and in writing—and strong attention to detail.
