Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Real Estate Consultancy in the Midlands on the hire of Associate Town Planner (or Senior Town Planner). This is a permanent position with full-time and part-time options available.

Our client is a family owned ambitious company that works with a range of clients, nationwide. Join a small and friendly team and focus on education, healthcare and residential projects. This role will provide you with autonomy as well as support from a great team who will work and support you.

The incoming Associate Town Planner will be a key team member who will closely with the Managing Director and other senior members of the Planning Team to develop the company's clientbase through fee earning.

Your caseload will also include a mixture of immediate and strategic planning consultancy work and you may also be required to provide lobbying and public consultation attendance supported by the company's Marketing Department.

You will be operating at Senior Town Planner or Associate Town Planner level, an ambitious person who wants to be part of a growing team and have aspirations to grow and lead a team. You will have current experience in submitting, managing and successfully achieving planning permission. You will be required to demonstrate your experience in fee delivery.

Salary / Benefits

In return for your commitment and hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary (guide of £40,000 - £60,000pa depending on experience), a strong benefits package including bonus, a varied workload and an experienced leadership team for support.
