Expert Property Care are now recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler/Planning Co-Ordinator.
The successful Candidate will be working within our Insurance Team servicing our Insurance clients.
This role includes:
- Communicating with Clients including dealing with any client queries
- Accepting, raising and managing works orders
- Making Appointments with residents/clients
- Managing Tradespeople diaries, booking in works based on workplans from Contract Managers.
- Working closely with surveyors and other Claims Handlers
- Liaising with operatives
- Keeping Client Portals up to date with present position of all claims
- Keeping internal Systems up to date with present position of all claims
Successful applicants should have:
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience within a similar role and/or knowledge of the building industry (this is preferable although not essential)
- The role is based in our office in Carpenters Park, Watford working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
