Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation**.**
- Manage and control inventory levels to prevent excess and shortage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Buyer, Materials Controller, or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
