This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the development of cutting-edge engine cooling systems for off-highway, agricultural and construction vehicles. Based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, this role combines technical design, project ownership, and collaborative innovation within a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 13:30
- Flexible and hybrid working options available (1 day WFH – excluding Fridays)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product development projects from concept through to mass production
- Deliver robust designs that meet customer specifications and performance targets
- Perform thermodynamic and fluid transfer calculations using internal and external tools
- Conduct design evaluations via theoretical tools, CAD (CREO), and prototype testing
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including validation, manufacturing, and engineering
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Occasional UK and overseas travel may be required
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (with a strong mechanical bias)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an engineering design or development role
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential
- Project management experience within a technical environment
- Strong 3D/2D design experience (preferably CREO) including GD&T knowledge
- Familiarity with CFD, FEA, and numerical analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
