Lead HR Systems Analyst

THE COMPANY: Our client is an insurance firm who are seeking a Lead HR Systems Analyst to join on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Manage and support all SuccessFactors current modules, including Employee Central, Time Off, Timesheets and Performance and Goals
- Act as the point of contact with SuccessFactors related activities including data input, configuration, troubleshooting, report building and maintenance
- Responsible for all project stages within the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules including training and testing
- Manage system upgrades
THE PERSON:
- Experience working with SuccessFactors HR system and employee central modules
- Experience within a technical / accounting background
- Employee central qualification would be desirable
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
