Sales Ledger Supervisor

A full-time, permanent sales ledger clerk is what my client is now hiring for. Taking responsibility for a group of clients' sales ledger procedures within the organisation is part of this exciting role. Managing complex reconciliations, journal entries, and process enhancements are amongst the responsibilities. The ideal applicant is eager to provide value to our growing company, is either AAT qualified or has comparable accounting expertise.

Your new role

  • Overseeing the processing of customer payments
  • Reconciling transactions, customer accounts and invoices
  • Overseeing all sales invoicing for a specific set of customers
  • Liasing with stakeholders, dealing with discrepancies and queries
  • Customer payment handling such as cash, credit card and bank transfers
  • Excellent communication with the sales invoice process team daily

What you'll need to succeed

  • Min of 1 year experience in sales Ledger in the UK
  • AAT qualified or by experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in sales/accounts receivable, reconciliations
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good use of finance systems (SAP or Dynamics Nav)
  • Confident in Excel
