Search Consultancy construction team are looking for a Ganger to start Asap in Nottingham, working on a new 37km pipeline. You will be working for a national contractor. The work will include working on a new ductile iron pipeline, running gangs and doing the paperwork/permits. Working 12 hour days +overtime. Parking is available.
You must have SSSTS or SMSTS card and 360.Must be an experienced ganger and an experienced groundworker on water pipelines. With references to back this up. You must have full PPE. You must be organised and able to set an example.
The start time on site will be 7:00 - 19:00 Mon - Thurs
7:00 - 16:00 Fri
Working Monday-Friday (Can be overtime)
The contract length is due to go on till April 2025 however this could be potentially longer.
The pay rate is negotiable and can be discussed.
If you work hard this is a long time role and will be on the duration of the site. We have lots of work and strong relationships with major players in the market. You will be paid weekly on a Friday and will receive regular visit from your consultant. If you do well in this role, we will try and keep you in work.
