- Role Focus: Private law children cases, injunctions, divorce and financial settlements – the caseload is predominantly legal aid
- Preferred Experience: Advocacy skills and familiarity with the Legal Aid Agency's CCMS system and the HMCTS portal are advantageous but not essential
