Credit Controller

Our client is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Credit Controller to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives under pressure and has a passion for improving systems and processes. The successful candidate will have the chance to manage their own portfolio, liaise with a large number of internal clients and external tenants, and contribute significantly to reducing outstanding debtors balance.

CREDIT CONTROLLER

MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

£27,000 + BONUS

HYBRID WORKING + PROGRESSION

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing your own portfolio, dealing with high volume transactions and call KPIs daily. You will be responsible for reducing the client's current outstanding debtors balance through efficient payment chasing via telephone, email and mail. Your ability to resolve tenant and UAC queries swiftly will be key to improving collection KPIs. You will also issue invoices, tax receipts, statements and reminder letters while assisting in the reconciliation of problem accounts.

  • Monitoring and reporting on aged debtors reports weekly or as required
  • Maintaining active communication within the Central Finance team and other internal departments
  • Dealing with day-to-day instructions

What you bring:

Your confidence and positive outlook, combined with your self-motivation and strong analytical skills, make you an asset to any team. Your experience in large reconciliations, strong organisational skills, effective time management, and strong communication skills equip you to manage conflict effectively. While experience in the Property Services market is desirable, it is not necessarily essential.
