Our client is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Credit Controller to join their dynamic team. £27,000 + BONUS

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing your own portfolio, dealing with high volume transactions and call KPIs daily. You will be responsible for reducing the client's current outstanding debtors balance through efficient payment chasing via telephone, email and mail. Your ability to resolve tenant and UAC queries swiftly will be key to improving collection KPIs. You will also issue invoices, tax receipts, statements and reminder letters while assisting in the reconciliation of problem accounts.

- Maintaining active communication within the Central Finance team and other internal departments

What you bring:

While experience in the Property Services market is desirable, it is not necessarily essential.
