Recognised as a Prolific North top 50 Agency, Forward Role are partnering exclusively with this multi award-winning digital agency as they look to hire an SEO Account Director due to an exciting period of growth! They already have a well-established base in the North West, but they have their eye on expansion with a brand new office move in Manchester City Centre.
As they look to build out their Manchester team they are looking to make a pivotal senior SEO hire with proven experience of successfully managing client SEO delivery, team development and strategic thinking. You will lead on the delivery of search campaigns for an enviable client list predominantly in the ecommerce sector.

The role:
- Responsible for some of the agency's largest client accounts, with average budgets of £100k +
- Manage a talented team of Senior Managers, Managers, and Executives – you will lead from the front and train & nurture your team to real success!
- Lead from the front when it comes to client relationships- you will nurture Senior & Director level relationships – ensuring business objectives are achieved
- Confidently manage, lead and deliver full service SEO campaigns
- Worling closely with SEO Strategists in the team to develop innovative SEO strategies and manage both the delivery and implementation of this with your team
- Report into the Leadership team and drive success of client accounts by reporting any potential challenges
- Accountability for the agency's commercial success, and ensuring Tier 1 clients are managed and delivered to the highest quality
- You will be responsible and accountable for the agency's commercial success, and take an active role in hitting and surpassing financial turnover and revenue targets.
- Be a great communicator who can build meaningful relationships
