Our key client, a leading legal firm ranked as one of the best companies to work for in the country, is looking for a Case Management System Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. The Case Management System Analyst will be working on Sharedo and will play a lead role in the customisation and configuration of the workflows within the system. The Case Management System Analyst for Sharedo will be joining an organisation holding Gold Investor in People status as testament to the fantastic benefits, work-life balance, progression opportunities, and overall employee wellbeing.
As mentioned the Case Management System Analyst will be working on Sharedo, however previous experience of this exact system is not essential and we welcome applications from anyone with a development background in any case management system. The successful Case Management System Analyst will be joining a small team that work mainly remotely, but tend to meet up in the office a couple of times per month.
Essential skills:
- Case Management System development experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
