The focus of this position is the scheduling and resource coordination and providing support for the Project teams and processes. It includes day-to-day workshop logistics, championing workshop-related processes, and report generation.

Description
Project Responsibilities
- Creation of project items in our internal system, including adding and approving contractor expenses (create the project information and progress to release of client invoice).
- Scheduling and resourcing (delivery, feedback, role plays, coaching, producers, etc.) including cancellations and rescheduling.
- Scheduling of preparation calls with facilitator.
- Management of master calendars (project, virtual classroom, etc.).
- Management all local workshop logistics including ordering materials, coordination with client coordinator, invitations to virtual classrooms, etc.
Process Responsibilities
- Updating client schedule trackers.
- Ensuring timely handling/submission of all post-workshop activities (evaluations, certification list, expenses, shipping boxes to clients etc.).
- Assessment Centre support.
- Working on various team projects as requested.

Technical Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities.
- IT literate: Microsoft Office Suite. (Training will be provided for bespoke platforms).
- High customer service skills/orientation.
- Strong planning/organisation skills.
- English proficiency required.
