Warehouse Supervisor Requirements
- Manage daily inbound/outbound business needs, including fleet maintenance.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders, timely stock replenishments, and quality checks.
- Use KPIs to monitor performance and provide feedback in regular team meetings.
- Plan resources for peak trading, resolve delivery issues, and ensure health/safety compliance.
- Conduct investigation meetings, provide team training, and handle key holder duties.
Warehouse Supervisor Skills & Experience Required
- Proven warehouse experience.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving license.
