Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 Basic (DOE), Quarterly Bonus Scheme (OTE £80k), Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Full Product Training.

Job Description:

We have a fantastic new opening for a Business Development Manager to join a well-established, independent hire company based in West Yorkshire. You'll become an integral part of the team, focusing on driving sales by implementing an effective sales approach that expands the companies reach and strengthens client relationships across the country.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Identify new business opportunities and identifying ways to reach new markets
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers
  • Understand the needs of your customer and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs
  • Create a sales forecast and analysis and present your finding to senior management
  • Increase sales for the business

Requirements of Role:

  • Previous experience within an Outbound Sales role is required
  • The preferable candidate will come from either a Powered Access, Plant Hire, Tool Hire, or Construction Hire background
  • Must be a strong relationship builder
  • Hold a UK driving licence
