Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join their team on the weekend shift to uphold their high standards and influence positive operational change.
Duties of the Operations Manager include:
- Drive daily performance of a team of 35-40 production operatives
- Monitor, review, implement and control site standard operating standards
- Manage absence, return to work, training and development
- Check quality and health & safety standards are continuously met and adhered to
Skills and experience for the Operations Manager role includes:
- Experience in a fast paced production environment
- Operational Leadership experience at full site level
- People-centric – can engage and inspire
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
