My client a leading provider of specialist insurance, investment, and financial support services is seeking an Operations Assistant.
As an Operations Assistant, you will be a vital member of their Operations Team, learning all aspects of the team's functions and ensuring the administrative affairs of our company are managed professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner. This role involves supporting various teams within our group structure.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately as a part of the Operations Team.
- Ensure all regulatory deadlines and requirements are met.
- Manage projects as directed by the Operations Director.
- Assist with processing Underwriting Results and Syndicate Capacity Auction instructions.
- Handle daily banking requirements for our clients.
- Produce and dispatch mailshots within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain standing data on our business systems.
- Key Distribution and Auction instructions as required.
- Update and run reports from our business systems.
- Monitor the return of centrally processed documents.
- Photocopy, scan, and profile documents as needed.
- Administer the offsite storage database.
- Support with administrative tasks.
