We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to provide daily supply cover across all year groups in primary schools. Whether you are an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons to students of varying age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Follow school policies and adapt lesson plans as required.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and contribute to their overall development.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to maintain the smooth running of the classroom.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching across different key stages is advantageous.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in various schools across Melton Mowbray.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
